About Trinhtoro

Hello there! My name is Trinh Le, AKA Trinhtoro. I am a user experience specialist and digital illustrator based in Rochester, New York. My artwork is inspired by food, nature, and my beloved pets. I strive to capture the simple beauty of these inspirations and also reflect my philosophy to bring hyped goodness by creating bold statements that resonate with joy and excitement. (´｡• ᵕ •｡`) ♡.  

Sticker shipment

Standard shipment for stickers will come in a normal mailing envelope, does not come with tracking information, and typically takes 7-14 business days for delivery. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays in the shipping process.

Refund policy

I do not offer refunds. However, I will issue a refund for any defective or damaged products, or if the product received is different from the item ordered. I will also refund if the product has not been printed or shipped due to an error on my part.

To request a refund, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and provide me with a photo of the defective or damaged product, along with your order number. I will do my best to resolve these issues.
